Every finish and fixture is chosen, ordered and on site before work begins. The crew is never waiting on a decision. We handle every renovation the way we run a new build, with the same people and the same standards from the first conversation to the final walkthrough, whether you are on site or not.
Cabinetry, pools, architecture and interiors are handled by our own teams, so no decision is handed to someone who was not there for the last one. Some clients come to us with a sketch, some with a closing date, and many are living in another city while the work is done. You get regular, documented updates throughout, so you always know exactly where things stand.
